Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All returns and order issues must be reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. We DO NOT accept returns or refunds for any orders beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

For products received within thirty (30) days of the delivery date that have the following issues, we offer free returns and full refunds:

  1. Missing or damaged items

  2. Damaged packaging

  3. Incorrect product received

  4. Other issues caused by us

We DO NOT accept returns if:

  1. The items have been opened or used

  2. The product is damaged, broken, or lost due to customer misuse

  3. The customer made a mistake when placing the order (including but not limited to incorrect model, quantity, or product selection)

If you need to request a return, please contact our customer service team first to confirm the return details.

DO NOT send the item back without contacting us in advance, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund.


Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Due to Quality Issues or Incorrect Items Sent:
    If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label or reimbursement.

  • Due to Personal Reasons (e.g., change of mind, not as expected):
    If the return is not due to a product issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
